Couldnt Upload Image Please Try Again Ps4
sorry for my bad english language !!
I tried to upload the image for cuboid
the front end epitome is working ~
merely when I effort to upload the tiptop & lesser prototype
it but evidence me the mistake message as in a higher place.
I'm certain that size of paradigm all right ~
whatsoever ideas ??

lower width to 50% then the error will be gone for good

After more trial and mistake I've concluded that the issue I'chiliad having is due to the image format.
A jpg worked. I've saved png'south out of photoshop with every possible setting I tin can and none of them seem to work.
I'll have to download the database and test to see if information technology works. Would I exist right in making the assumption that white pixels vs transparent pixels shouldn't matter? I mean neither hold any useful information for Vuforia anyway.

Hi at that place, I'm getting the "endeavour again later" mistake besides. I'm trying to upload a side image for a cylinder target (I don't need elevation or lesser).
I've followed the documentation and the tips in this thread. My image dimensions should match that which I entered for the cylinder dimensions (circumference : side).
In testing, I decided to try an image with a completely wrong attribute ratio. When doing this, I go an error bulletin stating that I need to fix the aspect ratio. And then I can (hopefully) safely assume that my image dimensions are correct, given that I don't get the fault when I try to utilise my desired image.
My image is PNG-24 at 428kb size, so information technology meets the size and blazon requirements. Again, I tested unsupported size and type and got appropriate error messages explaining the issue.
Either the Vuforia backend is actually having problem correct at present and I should try again later, or there's some other bank check that happens during upload that my image fails on and the fault isn't being reported properly, instead it's being caught by this catch-all "attempt over again later on" message.

Hi, yous need to take intendance of epitome format (JPEG or PNG, RGB 24bits, no alpha, no 32bits, paradigm size less than ii MB), and
y'all demand to take care that the Attribute ratio of each epitome is compliant with the aspect ratio of the various faces of the cuboid, every bit mentioned in this thread already.
One thing that can help is to sketch your cuboid on paper then to better visualize information technology and check the verbal aspect ratio of each face, so compare it with the one of your images.

Really in your case the dimensions that you are using for the cuboid are not respecting the aspect ratio of the images:
for example, your front image is 600 10 160 pixels => aspect ratio = 600 / 160 = 3.75
while your cuboid width and height are 71 x xix => aspect ratio = 71 / nineteen = iii.7368
So, yous should either resize your image (with an image editor) then that its aspect ratio is iii.7368, or you lot should change your cuboid dimensions (for instance using Width = 71 and Height = xviii.93 instead of 19.0)
Yous should also verify the length dimension (I only tested the width and the height using your front image)

Hi adala88, merely a quick update: nosotros accept identified the cause of the issue; this is under correction and an update of the TMS with this fix is expected relatively soon (although I don't accept an official ETA however, but i volition update you lot when I accept more details).
How-do-you-do, meanwhile, could yous make some "experiments" by using cuboids of different sizes (e.1000. irresolute width or height significantly), to see if you get it to piece of work ?
This would help narrowing downward the problem (while we also investigate on our side...)

How-do-you-do, I ave received your files cheers, and I reproduced the issue (also using a dissimilar image).
On the other paw, I was able to upload peak and bottom images (resized to different sizes) on a Cuboid with different dimensions.
Then the issue does not seem to come from the epitome, but rather from the dimensions used.
I will bring this effect to the Vuforia team, every bit it might be some kind of misbehaviour of the Target Manager.
I will update you as shortly equally I get feedback.
Could you PM me your image files and the cuboid settings (dimensions) that you apply; I would like get-go to try and reproduce your error, so to exclude that in that location is a problem with your account...
